Arachidonic acid is a polyunsaturated fat with the chemical structure 20:4(ω-6). Arachidonic acid plays an essential role in the growth and repair of skeletal muscle tissue. It is an essential dietary component in the muscle hypertrophy process.


How Arachidonic acid Works
Whenever you lift weights, the damaged muscle cells signal enzymes to flock towards the damaged tissue to free arachidonic acid from the intercellular membranes.


The freed arachidonic acid is used to create localized enzymes called prostaglandins. Prostaglandins regulate in the inflammation processes that stimulates the growth of skeletal muscle cells. These are the same enzymes that cause the inflammation and pain you feel post-training.

Under normal conditions, weight training quickly depletes the levels of stored arachidonic acid in muscle tissue. worth a try

I did feel increased soreness after my first chest /shoulder workout and again after training arms a few days later. I was taking 4 caps post workout. I will continue using the product once I get back to the gym. I had to quarantine due to Covid.

A must need!

Seeing results!

I take this prior to my workout and once I’m fully into it, I feel more swelling than usually I’m my muscles. I confirm this by measuring the trained muscle post work out and I do see more of an increase!

Awesome product always

Always use this during pct especially but like to utilize it off and on I use 8caps a workout 4 30mins prior rest I pop mid workout found it easier on my stomach
